About

Built by hand first, then automated

Map Pack Machine is built and run by Yusree Kirsten, from Perth, Western Australia. It is not a venture-funded platform with a support queue. It is one person who spent twenty years doing this work manually, then wrote software to stop doing it manually.

My start was the ordinary one. Friends with businesses would ask why they were not showing up on Google, I would go and look, and I would find the same handful of things wrong every time. An empty profile. No recent posts. Reviews sitting there for months with nobody replying to them. A description written once in 2019 and never touched again.

None of it was complicated. All of it was tedious, and tedious is why it never gets done. These were people who were genuinely good at glazing, or detailing, or fixing air conditioners, and every hour they spent posting to Google was an hour off the tools.

So I did it for them. By hand, week after week, for businesses around Perth. It worked, and it kept working, and after enough years of it the pattern was obvious: the results came from consistency, not cleverness. The businesses that showed up every week beat the ones that did a big push in March and nothing after.

The businesses I built this for could not afford an agency. The cheap alternatives they tried did nothing.

That is the gap. A real local SEO agency is several hundred dollars a month minimum, and most sole traders cannot justify it. The cut-price options underneath were selling automation that posted obvious filler, or worse, chasing reviews in ways that get profiles suspended.

My background is in information systems, so the answer was always going to be software. I tested it on my own businesses first. Then I built the thing I had wanted for years and could not find anywhere: the weekly Google Business Profile work, done properly, at a price a one-van operator can actually pay.

That is Map Pack Machine. It does the boring part every week so you do not have to, and it does it through Google's and Meta's official channels, the way they are meant to be used.

How it is built

Four things it will not do

Most of what gives local SEO automation a bad name comes down to four shortcuts. Map Pack Machine takes none of them, and that is a design decision rather than a limitation.

It will not gate your reviews

Some tools survey customers first and only send the Google link to the happy ones. Google calls that review gating and it is against their policy. Every customer you add gets asked, whatever you think they are going to say.

It will not promise a ranking

Google decides your position using signals nobody outside Google controls. Anyone quoting you a guaranteed number one is guessing. What is promised here is that the work happens every week, which is the part that actually compounds.

It will not ask for your password

Connection is through Google's and Meta's own sign-in screens, using their official APIs. You see every permission before you approve it and can revoke access from your own account at any time. No scraping, no browser bots.

It will not lock you in

Month to month, cancel from your settings, keep access to the end of the period you paid for. First-time subscribers get 30 days to get a full refund if it is not for you. No contract, no exit fee, no phone call to cancel.

Before the software existed
"We went from invisible to appearing at the top of Google, without changing anything about how we do our work."

Protec Glass Tinting, Perth WA. Sixteen months of this work done by hand, one profile, every week.

50+ → 18.7Average map position over 16 months
40%+More clicks from the profile
2xClick-through rate, and cited in Google AI Overviews

Those numbers came from doing this manually, before Map Pack Machine was written. They are the reason it was written, not a promise of what it will do for you. Every profile, trade and suburb is different, and results are never guaranteed.

If you are great at your trade and invisible on Google Maps, that is a fixable problem and this is the tool for it.
