Billing questions
When am I charged?
The first payment is taken when you complete the order form. After that, monthly renews on the same date each month and yearly on the same date each year. There is no free trial and no setup fee, so what you see is what you pay.
What do I save by paying yearly?
30% on every plan. Starter is $579.60 for the year instead of $828, Pro is $1,251.60 instead of $1,788, and Agency is $2,511.60 instead of $3,588. You pick monthly or yearly on the order form, and you can change term from your next renewal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, at any time. Moving up gives you the extra profiles immediately. Moving down takes effect at your next billing date so you keep what you have already paid for.
What if I need more profiles than Agency covers?
Agency covers 10 profiles. Past that, get in touch and we will sort out pricing that matches the number you actually run.
How do I cancel?
From your account, any time, without emailing anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, a month or a year, and you are not billed again. First-time subscribers also get a 30 day money-back guarantee on either term.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your Google Business Profile stays yours and everything already published stays live. To have what we hold deleted, follow the steps on the Data Deletion page.
