These terms are an agreement between you and Map Pack Machine. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

Map Pack Machine is a subscription tool that automates Google Business Profile and social media work for local businesses. Depending on your plan, it publishes posts, generates content with AI, sends review requests, drafts review replies, tracks local rankings on a geo-grid, audits your profile, and brings Instagram and Facebook messages into one inbox.
We may add, change or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces what your plan does, we will give you notice and you may cancel under section 10.
You must give accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must only connect Google Business Profiles, Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages that you own or that you have the owner's clear permission to manage. If you manage profiles for clients, you are responsible for having that authority and for the instructions you give us on their behalf.
Depending on your plan you may invite team members and set what each can access. A seat is a person, not a profile. The account owner is responsible for the actions of everyone they invite, and for removing access when someone leaves.
You must not use Map Pack Machine to:
Map Pack Machine acts on your instructions on platforms we do not control. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, including the Google Business Profile policies and the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards.
You are responsible for the content published to your profiles through Map Pack Machine, and for it complying with those platforms' rules. Google or Meta may suspend, restrict or remove a profile, a post or an account for breaching their policies. We cannot prevent that, reverse it, or be held responsible for it.
Those platforms can also change or withdraw their APIs, rate limits and permissions at any time. If a platform change breaks or removes a feature, we will do what we reasonably can to adapt, but we cannot guarantee any feature that depends on a third party will remain available.
When you give us a customer's contact details so we can request a review, you warrant that you have their consent, or another lawful basis, to send them that email. You are the sender in substance, and you are responsible for complying with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
We include a working unsubscribe link and sender identification in every email we send on your behalf, and we stop the sequence when a review is left or the recipient unsubscribes. We may suspend sending for an account that generates excessive spam complaints or bounces.
Parts of the service use AI to draft copy, captions, replies, descriptions, briefs and calendar entries, and to describe photos you upload.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for the situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published or sent, including where you have enabled an automatic option such as fully automatic review replies. Turning on automation is your decision and your responsibility. We make no warranty that AI generated content is accurate, original, compliant with any platform's policies, or fit for your purpose.
You own your content: your photos, your copy, your business data and anything you create in the app. You grant us a licence to host, process, reproduce, modify and transmit it strictly to the extent needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the platforms and providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
We own Map Pack Machine: the software, interface, branding and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
We may use aggregated, de-identified data about how the service is used to improve it. That data does not identify you, your business or your customers.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You choose the term when you order: monthly, or yearly at the discounted yearly rate paid once for twelve months. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.
Each plan includes a set number of connected profiles and team seats. If you exceed them you will need to upgrade.
You can change plan or billing term from your account settings. An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade, or a switch between monthly and yearly billing, takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.
We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice ends. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails we will retry and may suspend your account until it is resolved. Promotional pricing applies for the stated period only and then reverts to the standard rate for your plan and billing term.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. For a monthly subscription that is the end of the current month. For a yearly subscription it is the end of the twelve months you have paid for. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a period, except as set out in section 11 and section 14.
After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days so you can reactivate, then delete it in line with our Privacy Policy. You can delete it sooner at any time, see the Data Deletion page. Content already published to Google, Instagram or Facebook stays on those platforms. Scheduled posts that have not yet been published will not be sent.
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee to first-time subscribers. If Map Pack Machine is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This applies whether you paid monthly or yearly.
After that period, payments already made are not refundable, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy. This does not limit your rights under section 14.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your use puts the service or another user at risk, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to by law or by Google or Meta.
Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. For serious breaches, including fake reviews, review gating or unauthorised access to profiles you do not own, we may act immediately and without refund.
We work to keep Map Pack Machine available and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may take it down for maintenance, and third-party outages at Google, Meta, Stripe or our other providers are outside our control.
We do not guarantee results. Local search rankings are determined by Google, using signals we do not control. Nothing in our marketing, dashboards, audits or recommendations is a promise of a particular ranking, level of visibility, number of reviews, volume of enquiries or amount of revenue. Geo-grid scans, health scores and audits are estimates based on data available at the time.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If the service you receive from us amounts to a major failure, you are entitled to cancel and to a refund of the unused portion, or to compensation for a reduction in value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time, and if it is not, to cancel and receive a refund.
Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, we limit it to supplying the service again, or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Subject to section 14, and to the extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from content you publish through the service, from your use of customer contact details, or from your management of a business profile you were not authorised to manage.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will give you notice by email or in the app before they take effect. If you continue using the service after that, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel under section 10.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and any courts that hear appeals from them.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
